Release notes:
- afpin: fix scaling of certain Object Container pdf’s
- pdfin: ignore flatness (“i” operator) because we always use best precision possible
- pdfin: create event for invalid or ignored flatness values
- pdfout: fix exception when subsetting certain fonts
- gui: enable pdf viewer
- gui: add AFP to transform toolbar drop down list
- gui: consider standard fonts to be outline fonts when creating mappings
