Release notes:

• core: use better interpolation when upscaling binary images
• core: improve positioning of certain scaled glyphs
• core: add for configuring project-wide defaults
• mark: add Graft and GraftChildren tree merge algorithms
• mark: support PDF/UA backers
• pdfout: include content id in structure tree
• pdfout: append independent content trees to structure tree
• xmlout: write id and parentId for all elements when using marked content
• xmlout: only write explicit artifacts if that is configured
